Remote - Customer Service Specialist with French Language

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - one of the world’s leading outsourcing companies providing customer service, technical support, and content moderation services. The company operates in many European markets, including Portugal. The contract will be signed directly with the Portuguese employer. **About the Role** We are looking for talented French-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team supporting a leading digital payments platform. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, assisting customers across Europe through multiple communication channels. **Location**: Remote (must be based in Portugal or relocating) **Salary**: €1,000 gross base + €100 gross skill bonus (for 12 months) **Meal Allowance**: €7.63 net per working day **Schedule**: Rotating shifts (Mon-Sun, 08:00-19:00, occasional extension to 21:00), 2 days off/week **Responsibilities**: - Provide professional support regarding products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes - Work proactively to optimize the customer experience **What We’re Looking For**: - Fluent-level **French (C2)** and confident **English (B2)**: - Previous experience in customer service or contact centres (preferred) - Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit ?PORld> Pay: 1,000.00€ - 1,100.00€ per month Application Question(s): - When can you start working? - Do you live or want to relocate to Portugal? **Language**: - French (required) - English (required)
