Assegurar o processamento de salários das Companhias, respeitando os timings definidos, garantindo o estrito cumprimento de todas as normas internas e legais em vigor para esta área.
Será ainda responsável por garantir uma eficaz e atempada comunicação com a área financeira da Organização.
O TEU DIA A DIA E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Executar o processamento salarial (atualizações SAP, simulações e conferências) com vista ao pagamento dos salários;
- Efetuar a integração contabilística do processamento do mês;
- Garantir o cumprimento de todos os procedimentos legais / administrativos decorrentes dos processos de admissão / mobilidade / demissão de colaboradores, (elaboração de contratos, comunicações a entidades oficiais, seguradoras, etc.);
- Proceder à manutenção e atualização de dados pessoais e profissionais de colaboradores, bem como a manutenção da Estrutura Organizativa, de forma a garantir a fiabilidade da informação em sistema;
- Participar na implementação e / ou revisão de ferramentas de gestão de recursos humanos aplicadas na área de gestão administrativa & payroll;
- Assegurar a Gestão Administrativa do Plano de Pensões, Seguros e outros benefícios do Grupo Jerónimo Martins;
- Garantir a operacionalização dos seguros de vida, saúde e acidentes pessoais para o universo de Colaboradores sob gestão;
- Assegurar o arquivo de toda a documentação da área.
AS TUAS COMPETÊNCIAS E **Perfil**:
- Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Direito, Ciências Sociais, Finanças ou outra área relevante;
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em funções similares;
- Conhecimentos de MS Office na ótica do utilizador (Excel avançado);
- Conhecimentos de Legislação Laboral e de Código Contributivo;
- Domínio de inglês, falado e escrito.
PREFERENCIAL
- Conhecimentos de SAP/RH;
- Experiência como Técnico de Gestão de Administrativa de RH e Payroll.
