Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all payroll functions for the company
- Process payroll on a timely and accurate basis, including tracking hours worked, calculating pay, and deducting taxes and other withholdings
- Ensure compliance with state and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure accuracy of employee data and changes to employee information
- Prepare and submit all required payroll reports to management and external agencies
- Conduct regular audits of payroll records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide support to the finance and accounting team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a corporate setting
- Experience with payroll software
- Strong understanding of state and federal payroll regulations and reporting requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
