**About the job Account Executive**:
**What is this job about?**
- In this position, our client's looking for a results-driven Account Executive, to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You'll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base.
- As an Account Executive, you'll work closely with clients to build strategies and achieve their goals.
- You will help our client grow by finding leads, closing sales, and supporting existing clients through a variety of services including marketing strategies that are tailored to each client's needs.

**What you'll be doing?**
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;
- Present, promote, and sell our technology to existing and prospective clients;
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty. Regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs;
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data;
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation;
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;
- Presentation of solutions for growth and dynamization of the area;
**What do we look for in you?**
- Proven work experience as an Account Executive, ideally in B2B software and/or
- startup environment;
- You must live and breathe startups with broad responsibilities, crazy busy, dynamic
- environment, lots of responsibility, and lots of fun;
- Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools, especially Salesforce;
- A master at understanding leads pain points and getting all the necessary information in an emphatic manner, by building trust with the potential clients;
- You are organized and will keep your pipeline up-to-date;
- You are curious and love to learn new tools and new skills;
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills;
- You are fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken);
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Willingness to travel;
- Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Team-player.
