**Lisbon based Airline Reservations Advisor with French**:

Your mission is to provide a friendly and professional customer service to help passengers, ensuring that they are supported at all times with right insight information.

**This is your new job in Lisbon if**:

- You are proficient in French and fluent in English (minimum level B2)
- You have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- You are able to work in rotating shifts
- You are a EU resident or you have a valid work permit
- Experience in Customer Service or Travel Support is a plus

**If you have already worked with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre, you are the one

**Your day to day at work**:

- Assist clients via chat or social media in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding reservations
- Manage bookings (altering, canceling, or creating new reservations)
- Attend potential requests
- Manage the reservations back-office (ticket issuing, modification and cancellation of reservations)
