We are an international partner for digital asset projects, providing full-cycle market-making, consulting, and marketing services. Our expertise covers liquidity management, exchange listings, tokenomics, and risk assessment.

We support projects at every stage — from launch to global expansion — offering algorithmic trading solutions, tailored marketing strategies, and access to an extensive partner network. Our approach combines transparency, advanced technology, and strategic collaboration, ensuring long-term growth and sustainable success in the fast-evolving Web3 ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a **Business Development (BD) professional** to join our team and help expand our client base in the crypto industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attract clients for market-making (MM) services.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain relationships with crypto projects, funds, and accelerators.
- Source and generate leads, participate in industry events and online communities.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and operations teams to customize solutions for clients.
- Support clients after launch, monitor satisfaction, and identify new needs.

**Requirements / Experience**:

- Proven B2B sales experience in the crypto industry.
- Experience in market-making or related areas (exchange listings, accelerators, incubators, etc.).
- Understanding of crypto economics, token standards, and basic protocols.
- Knowledge of blockchain data structures.
- Direct experience working with crypto projects and understanding their needs.
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Strong communication skills and ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated, fast-paced, and comfortable working in a flat, non-hierarchical structure.
