Tasks
**Function**: Application Production Support
**Workplace**: Lisbon / Office
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, related to the technical field, or equivalent experience;
- Total of 5+ years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support) IT Application Support for a business within a fast-paced and competitive environment;
- Technical knowledge in Linux operating systems;
- Deep knowledge in Java language and SQL, Oracle and PL/SQL databases;
- Experience in ITIL methodology;
- Fluent in English.
