Na WINNING CONSULTING procuramos **Application Prodution Support **para integrarem os nossos projetos num prestigiado cliente na área da Banca.

**Funções/Tarefas**:

- Assegurar o suporte aplicacional na área de Banking and Financing Services, suporte e resolução de incidentes através de tickets;
- Garantir e melhorar o serviço prestado pelas aplicações transversais, identificar problemas, sugerir e implementar melhorias nos processos atuais;
- Contribuir para a definição dos requisitos não funcionais que uma nova aplicação deve respeitar antes de entrar em produção;
- Participar na definição e implementação de projetos para reduzir a atividade de suporte necessária em sistemas críticos;
- Apoiar a empresa nas suas necessidades de IT e compreender os fluxos de trabalho e cenários empresariais.

**Requisitos**:

- Pelo menos **5 anos de experiência** em posições de suporte aplicacional;
- ** Experiência comprovada como Application Production Support** ou numa função semelhante, com sólidos conhecimentos na monitorização e suporte de aplicações;
- Experiência comprovada em**:ITIL, Linux Red Hat, Troubleshooting incidentes, Ferramentas Devops (Ex: Jenkins), Oracle Exadata, ETL (Ex: IBM Data Stage), CFT, Autosys, Dynatrace, Cloud concepts**;
- Idiomas**:nível de Inglês avançado** e confortável para comunicação diária.
- Boas competências de comunicação e de trabalho em equipa;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar durante os feriados/fins-de-semana, de acordo com as necessidades pré-definidas e numa base rotativa com o resto da equipa.
