Position: Customer Service Advisor (FLUENT in German and Italian)
Location: Porto, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Employment type: permanent contract
Remuneration: 1100 + bonuses
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Native/fluent in Italian (or German) both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Ability to take stressful situations well
Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
Curious and persistent in solving issues
Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
**OFFER**:
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 19:00 with the possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement
Workload: 40h/week (full time)

Training Conditions Duration: 30 calendar days
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
