Role Overview

**We are looking for**:
As Payroll simplification project specialist, you will be part of the SBS HR Service Line. Within the Global Business Services entity of Solvay, the Human Resources Service Line aims to deliver HR services for the Group which includes Payroll & Benefits Administration, Learning & Development, Talent Attraction, Global Mobility and HR Operations.
The Payroll simplification project specialist will be key member of the global Time 2 Pay (T2P) project, under the scope of Payroll and Benefits Administration. The T2P looks to evolve the future of Payroll and Time for Solvay Group, through simfplificaton and continuous improvement.
The Time 2 Pay project team works in close collaboration and cooperation with multiple stake stakeholders, both internal and external.
**As thePayroll simplification project specialist, your responsibilities will involve**:

- Identify, measure & analyze opportunities for simplification in the way payroll team work, deep diving the As-Is and challenging the status quo in view to simply to global standards
- Design & pilot solutions (hands-on with mínimal implication from teams
- Identify and participate in the selection of project team members for each part of the project if required
- Facilitating and driving simplification workshops
- Deploy solutions : documentation, training, RACI & governance
- Ensure Change & necessary Communication link to the project in partnership with the HRSL Communication Officer & HRSL HR Partner
- Support solutions stabilization : trouble shoot, monitoring

**You will bring**:
Business administration degree
Payroll experience

**Technical Skills**:
Payroll knowledge & experience (local or global)
Project experience, could be consulting experience
Continuous Improvement knowledge & experience
