**Hotel Customer Advisor with German based in Lisbon**

**The Company**:
With over 6,400 hotels, this international hotel group is one of the largest in the world. In Europe, they are represented with almost 500 hotels from the Ascend Hotel Collection, Clarion, Quality and Comfort brands, including about 80 hotels in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Turkey.

**The Role**:
Your job is to be in contact with the Hotels customers from the Lisbon call center.

You will help travelers find, plan and book their hotel and enable them to live a worry-free and efficient travel experience.

**Your day to day at work**:

- Advice the customers during the research and booking of their hotel,
- Create personalized offers based on the needs of the client and follow up with a direct booking;
- Receive and actively resolve customers’ complaints;
- Management of booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns.

**This is the job for you if**:

- Excellent communication skills in German and you are proficient in English (from level C1)
- You are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm
- You are a quick thinker and have an energetic personality
- You are customer-oriented
- You love traveling
