.  In this role, you'll be at the core of our HR reporting processes - collecting, validating, and consolidating data from multiple countries and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to apply your academic background in data to real-world HR challenges, while developing your skills in a collaborative, international environment.

What You'll Do

• Collect and consolidate HR data from different systems and countries;


• Validate information and ensure compliance with corporate data standards;


• Support the preparation of HR reports (e.g. headcount, turnover, compensation, talent metrics);


• Collaborate with local HR teams to solve data inconsistencies and improve reporting quality;


• Contribute to improving HR reporting processes and documentation.

What We're Looking For

• Academic background in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics or related fields;


• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;


• Solid Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is a plus;


• Artificial Intelligence (AI) skills and curiosity to leverage it for HR analytics;


• Curiosity about HR topics and how data supports people decisions;


• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset;


• Fluency in English.
