IT – Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT support professional to join the IT team of a multinational company in the energy sector. This role will be responsible for supporting and improving assigned systems and assisting users in their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall support of assigned system(s).
  • Plan and suggest improvements for assigned system(s).
  • Ensure documentation of systems in accordance with corporate requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with third parties when needed.
  • Coordinate changes with Technical Leads.
  • Support users in utilizing systems efficiently.
  • Follow up and resolve tickets via IT Helpdesk system.
  • Report relevant updates and issues to the IT team.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Policy and Handbook.
  • Share knowledge and propose continuous improvements.

Requirements
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (relevant experience may substitute education).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT system support.
  • Experience in large enterprise environments with multiple locations is a plus.
  • Positive service attitude and team spirit.
  • Analytical and structured work approach.
  • Strong communication skills with users at all levels.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
