TAREFAS

  • Definição e execução de uma estratégia comercial orientada para o sucesso;
  • Prospecção ativa de clientes e oportunidades no mercado internacional (e nacional);
  • Elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais a potenciais clientes;
  • Colaboração no processo de recrutamento de perfis de IT;
  • Acompanhamento próximo dos/as Trendies (consultores/as em projeto nos clientes);
  • Contribuição para a gestão e dinamização do trabalho em equipa.

COMPETÊNCIAS

  • Interesse pelas áreas de sales, recruitment ou outras semelhantes;
  • Forte orientação para resultados e crescimento da unidade de negócio;
  • Proatividade na comunicação e construção de relações de confiança;
  • Motivação para assumir desafios e introduzir novas ideias;
  • Fluência em inglês (outros idiomas são valorizados);
  • Formação superior em gestão, informática ou outras semelhantes;
  • Experiência comprovada em consultoria de IT.
