is a brand specialising in the production and distribution of high-quality climate control systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps.

We are currently looking for a full-time
Sales Manager
to join our on-site team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

  1. Development of international sales:

  2. Finding and attracting new distributors in key markets (Western Europe).

  3. Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with partners.
  4. Managing partner relationships

  5. Strategy and analysis:

  6. Analysis of target markets, competitors and customer needs.

  7. To develop business proposals that are specific to each market.

  8. Reporting and KPI Compliance:

  9. Preparation of reports on sales, execution of plans and forecasting.

  10. Meet the established sales and customer engagement targets.

Qualifications

Obligatorily

  • Experience in international sales 3+ years (Western Europe), preferably in HVAC or home appliances obligatorily
  • Fluent in English (Proficiency in additional languages is highly valued)
  • Based in Lisbon, Portugal (relocation not provided)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel for partner events and meetings, readiness for business trips
  • Experience working within international organization / group desirable
