, with offices in multiple countries and a presence in Lisbon.

Role Overview:

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing business in the
Spanish market
, working with institutional and private clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering solutions adapted to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in Spain;
  • Identify business opportunities and provide software, consulting, and training solutions;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposals to closing deals;
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction;
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Candidate Profile:

  • Native Spanish speaker
    ;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
    ;
  • Experience in
    B2B sales
    , preferably in software, technology, or training;
  • Organized, communicative, and results-driven;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Based in
    Lisbon
    preferred, alternatively
    Barcelona or Madrid
    ;
  • Experience as a Sales Manager is not mandatory,
    Key Account Managers or Business Developers
    are welcome to apply.
