Je recherche un(e) Customer Support Specialist B2B francophone pour rejoindre un important acteur des solutions de paiement digitales, basé à Lisbonne. Ce poste est idéal pour les profils à l'aise avec l'assistance aux entreprises, le support technique et l'optimisation de systèmes de paiement.

Vos missions

  • Support aux clients professionnels : Accompagner les entreprises par téléphone, e-mail et chat afin de les aider à tirer le meilleur parti de la plateforme.
  • Résolution technique : Assister les commerçants sur les problèmes techniques, les questions liées au traitement des paiements et l'amélioration du système.
  • Gestion & vérification des comptes : Identifier les titulaires, vérifier les informations et garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires.
  • Conformité : Appliquer rigoureusement les procédures internes et les règles en vigueur.
  • Excellence client : Assurer un suivi rapide et professionnel tout en maintenant une approche orientée satisfaction.

Profil recherché

  • Très bon niveau d'anglais et bonne maîtrise du français
  • Diplôme de fin d'études secondaires (obligatoire)
  • Parcours professionnel stable
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en service client, avec une forte orientation client
  • Aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique
  • Rigueur, sens du détail et bonnes compétences en résolution de problèmes
  • Expérience avec des plateformes automatisées : un plus
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale
  • Organisation, autonomie et maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires tournants, y compris de nuit (service 24/7), avec deux jours de repos en rotation
