Head Coach - Pro Generation Academy
Location: Kuwait
Start Date: January
Type: Full-time, 5 months contract (renewable upon mutual agreement)
Pro Generation Academy is a private, premium football academy in Kuwait focused on grassroots and youth player development.
What you'll do:
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions for grassroots and youth players across different age groups and ability levels.
- Develop strategies to retain clients and attract new players.
- Mentor and manage other coaches, ensuring training quality and consistency.
- Maintain strong professional communication.
- Represent the academy positively at all times, on and off the pitch.
- Contribute to academy growth during this development phase.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.
- Minimum UEFA C License - with youth coaching experience.
- Minimum 1 year coaching experience in a private academy.
- Previous experience working abroad (preferred).
- Strong communicator with leadership qualities.
- Fluent in English and passionate about player development.
- Valid passport and international driving licence.
