O Papel:

Como Sales & Brand Developer, serás crucial na criação e implementação de estratégias que fortaleçam e otimizem a nossa marca. Este papel exige que compreendas profundamente a importância de uma marca coesa e atrativa no mercado atual e que sejas capaz de maximizar a eficiência nas vendas diretas e em iniciativas estratégicas de branding.

Responsabilidades:

- Projetar e Executar Estratégias de Vendas: Integrar objectivos de crescimento com o desenvolvimento e a optimização da marca.
- Colaboração com Marketing e Equipas de Vendas: Assegurar que todas as campanhas, promoções e actividades de vendas reforcem a identidade da marca e sejam executadas de forma eficiente.
- Análise de Branding e Mercado:*Adaptar estratégias de branding e optimizar canais de vendas com base nas tendências de mercado e no feedback dos clientes para manter a marca relevante e as vendas efectivas.
- Gestão da Imagem de Marca e Optimização de Processos: Participar activamente na gestão da imagem da marca e na optimização dos processos de venda, assegurando que todas as interacções e comunicações reflictam a qualidade e o ethos da empresa e sejam realizadas com máxima eficiência.
- Experiência do Cliente e Eficiência Operacional: Ajudar a moldar a experiência do cliente para garantir que cada ponto de contacto não só contribua para uma imagem de marca forte e unificada, mas também seja optimizado para resultados de vendas eficientes.

Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada em vendas, desenvolvimento de marca e optimização de processos de vendas.
- Disponibilidade para viajar e flexibilidade para adaptar-se a novos ambientes e mercados.
- Conhecimentos avançados e habilidade prática com marketing digital
- Capacidade de pensar estrategicamente e executar tácticas que alinhem vendas com crescimento de marca e eficiência operacional.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar colaborativamente com equipas multifuncionais.
- Perspicácia analítica para entender o mercado e adaptar estratégias de branding e vendas de acordo.
- Proficiência em ferramentas de análise de dados, plataformas de CRM e sistemas de optimização de vendas.
-Demonstração de vontade de aprender e crescer profissionalmente, com uma abordagem proativa e entusiasmo por desafios e novas oportunidades.
