A tua função

Atendimento telefónico - apoio técnico ao utilizador. Gestão do Active Directory. Gestão de tickets/registo de incidentes e consultas. Resolução de consultas e incidentes de nível I. Assistência técnica telefónica ao utilizador ao nível do software e do hardware para os utilizadores de uma instituição financeira. Domínio do pacote Office (Excel, Word...) e dos sistemas operativos ao nível do utilizador (gestão de ficheiros, estrutura de pastas, funções básicas de utilizador do Windows).

O que esperamos de ti

Experiência mínima de 1 ano. Domínio do ambiente Internet ao nível do utilizador. Funcionamento dos programas de navegação e do correio eletrónico. Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e de aprendizagem. Bom nível de interlocução e de orientação para o cliente. Idiomas: português e inglês (obrigatório)
