Responsibilities:

Full 360-degree management of the HR department.Manage and supervise recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the hiring of top talent that fits the startup culture.Oversee payroll administration, including salaries and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including contract management, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.Manage employee requests and inquiries efficiently and effectively.Develop and implement training and development programs to promote employee growth.Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.Lead strategic HR initiatives to support company growth and objectives, such as talent management, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion programs.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in startups or fast-growing companies.Deep knowledge of HR best practices and legal obligations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to quickly adapt to changes and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Experience with payroll software, Primavera (or similar).
