Order Support Specialist Turkish

Order Support Specialist position.
In this role, you will be the hero behind the order, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers. You'll be the go-to person for complex online order issues, working diligently to find solutions that keep our customers happy.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Become an Order Master: You'll own the entire online order process, from the moment a customer clicks "purchase" to the moment their item arrives at their doorstep.
- Be a Customer Champion: You'll handle complex issues with a smile, providing clear and timely updates to customers throughout the resolution process.
- Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: You'll collaborate with partners to resolve issues efficiently, keeping the customer out of the loop.
- Data Whiz: You'll be a master of detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping in our SAP system. (Don't worry, we'll provide training if you're new to SAP)

We're looking for someone with:
- Flawless communication skills in Turkish (C2) and English (B2)

- A willingness to learn and grow
- A positive attitude and a team player spirit
- Work from anywhere in continental Portugal.
