Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team in Lisbon. In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.
Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their userbase. The team covers all areas of programmatic paid media, customer engagement tactics, demand generation, marketing automation & MarTech, and Marketing Ops.

In this role, you’ll:- Conceive and execute marketing strategies across various growth channels (organic and paid) for diverse portfolio companies with different business models
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Growth Marketing channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads
- Test landing pages and creatives to align with KPIs such as CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, and incrementally
- Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance through analysis, and create reports to support data-driven actions and hypotheses
- Liaise and communicate effectively with various stakeholders (internal and external) about campaign and market development
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement, tracking, and reporting
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Growth Marketing, ideally in a start-up environment. You're passionate about both B2C and B2C and can understand the opportunities in both areas.
- A very good understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms - including any of the following (but not limited to): Facebook ads, Google search ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Snapchat ads, Twitter ads, YouTube ads etc.
- Confidence in working with numbers, you enjoy analysing and interpreting data, with a strong ability to implement basic tracking
- You're proficient or at least familiar with relevant AI and automation techniques
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, a fast-learner and hypothesis-driven to set new standards
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Portugese
- Other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Danish or Swedish are bonus
Please note that we are looking for support in our Lisbonoffice. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
