Job Description:
As a Sales Developer, you will be integral in reaching out to new potential clients and assisting them with the completion of their sign-ups, ensuring they feel engaged and well-served. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls and managing a sales pipeline through CRM software.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing.
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong capability in cold calling and target-driven environments.
- Proficient in digital marketing and possess effective questioning skills and business acumen to identify potential leads.
- Strategic thinker with skills in high-value pitching and digital media mix planning.
- Ability to handle objections and influence without authority.
Training & Compensation:
- Comprehensive 15-day training program, covering product services, software tools, and customer management. Training is conducted in English and is fully compensated.
- Monthly gross salary: €1,227.33, plus a variable productivity bonus up to €300.00.
- Additional benefits include meal allowances and holiday bonuses.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week, typically spread over 5 days. Specific schedule details will be provided during the recruitment process.
Contract Details:
- Initial term contract of 12 months with potential extension. Permanent contract consideration after 2 years.
- Private health and dental insurance post-contract signature.
General Information:
Portuguese employment contract, thus Portuguese public holidays and labor laws apply.
