A FCCN é a unidade da FCT - Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia - que tem como missão principal dotar as comunidades académica e de investigação portuguesas dos meios tecnológicos que lhes permitam produzir ciência e conhecimento de excelência. Empenhamo-nos em assegurar Tecnologia para o Conhecimento.

Para nos ajudar nesta missão pretendemos reforçar a nossa equipa com um Gestor de Serviço. Integrado na Área de Serviços de Rede e na equipa Identidade Digital e Sistemas, este Gestor terá como principal missão liderar a equipa responsável pelo desenvolvimento e operação da Federação de identidade RCTS e dos vários sistemas de suporte da rede RCTS. O Serviço de Identidade Digital comporta três vertentes de atuação: a Federação de Identidade RCTS (RCTSaai e CIÊNCIA ID), o serviço de emissão de certificados digitais qualificados (RCTS Certificados) e ainda a gestão das ferramentas e sistemas de monitorização e informação da RCTS.

Responsabilidades

O/a candidato/a selecionado/a terá como principais funções as seguintes:

  • Liderar uma equipa de especialistas em Identidade Digital e Sistemas, criar um ambiente de aprendizagem contínua e promover a motivação da sua equipa;
  • Estabelecer metas e objetivos para a equipa, promovendo a colaboração e inovação;
  •  Desenvolvimento e implementação da estratégia de Identidade Digital e Sistemas de suporte à rede RCTS, concretamente:
    • Garantir, juntamente com a restante equipa, a manutenção e operação da Federação de Identidade RCTS (RCTSaai e CIÊNCIA ID);
    • Promover o planeamento estratégico da Federação RCTSaai e a sua articulação a nível internacional via participação na confederação edugain;
    • Garantir a manutenção do serviço de emissão de certificados digitais qualificados (RCTS Certificados);
    • Liderar o desenvolvimento dos sistemas de monitorização e informação de suporte à Rede RCTS e à Federação RCTS

Requirements

O que valorizamos:

  • Formação Superior, preferencialmente na área de informática, telecomunicações ou sistemas de informação;
  • + 5 anos de experiência profissional;
  • Motivação para aprender novas tecnologias e melhorar constantemente as competências técnicas;
  • Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
  • Capacidade de análise e sistematização;
  • Capacidade de Liderança
  • Pensamento estratégico;
  • Autonomia e espírito critico;
  • Capacidade de aprendizagem;
  • Bom nível de inglês (falado e escrito)

Conhecimentos nas seguintes áreas:

  • Experiência de arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos;
  • Experiência com tecnologias de código aberto;
  • Experiência na administração de sistemas Linux;
  • Conhecimentos em bases de dados SQL e NoSQL;
  • Experiência na gestão e operação de software (Docker);
  • Experiência em automação e gestão de configurações (CI/CD, Ansible);
  • Conhecimentos de monitorização de sistemas e redes.
