Als Junior Account Executive (all genders) spielst du eine zentrale Rolle im Herzen unseres Vertriebsteams bei WorkMotion, mit dem speziellen Auftrag, den Schweizer Markt zu erobern. Dein Ziel ist es, durch zielgerichtete Akquisition neue Leads zu entdecken und unsere Vision mit überzeugender Leidenschaft zu kommunizieren. Du bist der Wegbereiter für dynamische Verkaufserfolge, indem du strategisch potenzielle Kunden identifizierst und für unsere Dienstleistungen begeisterst.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst den Markt in der Schweiz von Grund auf und bist dabei für den vollständigen Sales Cycle verantwortlich: von diversen Quellen (SDR-Team, Inbound Marketing Team, Website, Partner, Messen, Marketing Kampagnen, etc.) übernimmst du bereits vorhandene Leads, entwickelst daraus Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und schließt erfolgreich Kooperationen ab
  • Du generierst einen Teil deiner Pipeline selbst durch konstante Outbound-Efforts und Networking
  • Du verstehst das Business und die Herausforderungen neuer Kunden und baust somit eine langfristige und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit auf
  • Im engen Austausch mit unserem Customer Success Team kümmerst du dich um die täglich anfallenden Anfragen deiner Kunden und stellst somit eine effektive Implementierung und Integration unserer Softwarelösungen sicher
  • Mithilfe deines proaktiven Service-Ansatz stellst du eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und ermöglichst perfekte Zusammenarbeiten
  • Durch erfolgreiche Kundenbindung sowie Ausbau des Kundennetzwerks, erreichst du permanent deine Quartalsumsatz-Ziele
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium, vorzugsweise im Bereich BWL, Finance oder HR - ersetzbar durch berufliche Erfahrung
  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Customer-Facing Rolle, bspw. im Sales, Business Development oder Account Management
  • Du besitzt starke problemlösungs- sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du bist ein anpassungsfähiger, positiver und professioneller Charakter, arbeitet gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit konstanten Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten
  • Du hast eine offene, kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, die Spaß an Networking hat
  • Du sprichst Schweizer Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau und besitzt verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind ein Plus.
