Mission & Context:
Sales Operation is a key partner of the Sales teams. As such, our mission is to enable the sales teams to improve their efficiency. We provide support regarding pipeline management, CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) training and governance support, client portfolio & prospect analysis and Sales campaign support. Sales Operation is also in charge of client satisfaction through the organization of an annual client survey and dozens of in-depth interviews with our key clients per year. Last but not least, we support the local deployment and improvement of sale processes in France designed and decided at the group level.
To support the growing activity of the local Sales Operation in Team in France, WTW’s is recruiting a junior Sales Operation analyst. The position will be located in Lisbon, but the manager and the internal customer will be located in France.
This is an internal facing role reporting into the France Sales Operation Lead. The role has primary responsibility for supporting sales enabling activities in France.
The junior Sales Operation analyst will be in charge of the following missions (non-exhaustive list) :
Data governance:
Support CRM data governance by designing relevant governance KPI and making sure that users are effectively maintaining the data up to date Support the annual client survey process by making sure that sales team provided a relevant up to date contact for each client surveyedData Analytics:
Support, maintain & create relevant reporting (Excel, CRM and ultimately in Power BI) Support Sales and pipeline analysis Support portfolio and markets analysis Support Sales targeting through internal and external data baseCRM Support:
Be a key CRM user able to answer users’ request Support Data importation in CRM Build & maintain in-tool relevant reporting Support CRM-users reporting usageSales Support:
Be a key point of contact for the Sales teams Build and maintain internal relationships with senior stakeholders to support the various businesses through sales operations activity Support process documentation Support the organization of key Sales meeting (account planning meeting, community calls, training calls) Support data request from Sales teamThe junior Sales Operation Analyst will firstly help the existing team to address data issues by making sure that the users are effectively maintaining their data up to date. The recruited person will gradually progress toward more analytical missions once the hired person acquired the relevant skills and is more familiar with our data model, our value proposition, our tools (specifically CRM) and our processes.
