German Technical Support Agent for Microsoft

We are looking for highly tech-skilled German speakers to work for a reputable brand such as Microsoft. This is a great opportunity to put into practise your IT skills as well as continuing your career development with one of the top brands within the industry
Responsibilities:
- Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers (SMBs) and Microsoft partner companies on technical questions
- Contact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in English
- Solving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companies
- Identifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teams
- The subject of the technical inquiries is, among other things, related to software such as Intune, Teams, Sharepoint or Office 365, as well as system administration.
Requirements
- Native level of German, fluent level of English.
- Minimum one year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.
- Good team player.
