We're currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Lead to join our 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.

Please note: We are welcoming candidates who are willing to relocate or commute to Lisbon independently.

What you'll be doing:

We’re very excited to be in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. As you’ll be joining us in our early days of building our Go-To-Market team, you’ll be walking into a green field of opportunities. Your main mission? To think and act like an owner as you stay hyper-focused on finding and connecting with prospects where Sama can have a lasting impact on their people, culture, and organisational performance.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in an SDR role within a SaaS business
  • Proven 2-year track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales
  • Previous experience working with People, Culture (HR), and Learning, and Development buyers
  • Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of buyers
  • Technical and complex sales acumen
  • Obsession with building forward-thinking prospecting plans
  • A validated creative & customer-centric approach to landing new opportunities
  • Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed KPIs and performance goals
  • Evidence of outstanding communication capabilities across all channels of communications
  • Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written

What you’ll get:
  • Up to €25,000 to 35,000 base + generous commission model or Or €40,000 to €50,000 with no commission
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days remote, 3 days in our Lisbon office.
