First Line Technical support | Banking Sector

Join a dynamic and proactive team, providing high-quality technical support in the banking sector. You will be responsible for first-line technical support via telephone, including registering, monitoring, resolving, and/or redirecting tickets in the ITSM solution (ServiceNow) to specialized teams; ensuring resolution of desktop computing services, printing, peripheral devices and mobility, desktop software distribution, email/messaging, and collaborative tools.
Profile :
- Experience in first-line support - technical support (mandatory requirement) , ideally Banking/Financial Market
- Proficiency in the use of Windows and AS400 information systems (mandatory requirement)
- Secondary education level
- Previous experience in the banking sector
- Proficiency in the English language
- Knowledge of Windows password unlocking
- Knowledge of Bitlocker
