About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead and drive the growth of our sales teams across multiple countries. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape and execute the strategy to maximize our sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee sales teams in multiple countries, ensuring they are aligned with the company's overarching growth strategy.
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Develop, scale, and cultivate high-performing sales teams, ensuring sustained performance and team development.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless collaboration and the achievement of business goals.
- Track and evaluate sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to ensure ongoing success.
- Manage the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Promote a culture of excellence, motivation, and accountability within the sales teams to foster continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a senior sales leadership position, with a focus on managing sales teams across multiple countries or regions.
- Proven success in driving sales growth, revenue generation, and team development in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic mindset, with the capability to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building.
- Collaborative leadership style, thriving in cross-functional environments and capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
