LEADING CHEF - RESTAURANTE PERUANO - LISBOA

OPORTUNIDAD DE CARRERA EN LISBOA:

Lisboa, Capital de Portugal, una de las capitales europeas en tendencia en los últimos años te brinda residencia EN EUROPA con contrato de trabajo y
ciudadanía EUROPEA en 5 años.

Requisitos:

  • Técnico Egresado o Titulado de Gastronomía o afines.
  • Experiência de 2 años o más como Chef de Restaurante, dirigiendo operaciones gastronómicas en restaurantes con platos a la carta.
  • Experiência en GASTRONOMIA PERUANA (Moderna).
  • Manejo básico de softwares (Excel, Word, BPA).
  • PLUS: Experiência previa en Restaurantes de clase alta.
  • PLUS: Capacidad de entrenamiento a subchefs y cocineros.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Elaborar y definir la carta del restaurante (recetas, fichas técnica y fichas de preparación) de acuerdo al concepto estipulado y atendiendo las necesidades nutricionales, número de comensales, raciones y costos de los platos.
  • Definición de todos los processos de Compras, Stock y Preparación estipulando las pautas de cocina y asignar tareas específicas a subordinados en la producción.
  • Planeamiento de las necesidades de producción en la cocina, organización de la función compras y stock de ingredientes.
  • Supervision de la preparación de mise en place, ingredientes, platos y postres.
  • Supervision de la higienización de espacios de trabajo respetando las normas de salud e higiene.
  • Realizar analise de costo CMV, inventario semanal de productos y contribuir para la mejora continua.


Para esta oportunidad, la empresa brinda asesoría y soporte en todos los trámites administrativos de la migración se es necessario.

En Portugal le espera contrato _full-time _y un salario muy competitivo_._
