What do we expect?We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with knowledge in the healthcare sector, particularly with experience with pharmaceutical companies, to join our team.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying them, and enhancing our presence within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

You will work closely with our product, marketing, and sales teams to align with our overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Generate high-quality leads through prospecting techniques like email/linkedIN outreach, social selling and warm calls.

Experience with multi touch-point campaignsQualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making authoritySet appointments for Account Executives with qualified leadsEffectively communicate the value of the TonicApp and competitive differentiators.

Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and up-to-date informationRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to build and maintain professional relationships.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop co-branded marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive mutual growth for us and our partners.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on forecast for self-generated opportunities & expected time/pathWho you areYou have:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.2+ years experience in Sales teams with complex sales cycles.

Strong sales tool skills in CRM and Outreach tools (e.

g:
Salesforce/Pipedrive, LinkedIn, Outreach, Zoominfo,Apollo, Amplemarket, etc.)Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Proven comfort and skill engaging and navigating through all levels of an organisation.
Willingness to travel as required for meetings, conferences, and events.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
Experience of delivering on sales targets.

Fluent working proficiency in English, both written and spokenNice to have:
