The Role:

Your mission is to support our customers' activities in the different countries

Your tasks will include:

  • Answer incoming queries from customers;
  • Identify issues and provide solutions;
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Record data in the CRM system (samples request, claims management, etc);

What we are looking for:

  • Customer service oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
  • Experience with SAP (nice to have);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Advanced level of German and English (mandatory);
  • Currently living in Portugal;
