  • Your role:
Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution in Portugal, across business.

Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to drive the service business performance, at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales.


Management of customer relationship to maximize service business opportunities, together with the relevant stakeholdersContributes to the install base and bleeders management to improve service business profitabilityMain KPIs: 18-month OIT, CSG%, Contract penetration, On-time renewals, forecast accuracy, contract profitability, NPSYou're the right fit if you have:Bachelor/master's degreeWork experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, with proven ability to drive changeDeliver results and manage customer expectations.
