What You Will Do
As an Accounting Assistant at Jolera, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team with various administrative and accounting tasks
Your responsibilities will include:
- Classification of
Accounting Documents:
Organize and classify financial documents to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance. - Physical and
Digital Archiving:
Manage the archiving of both physical and digital documents, ensuring they are easily retrievable and securely stored.
- Reconciliation of
Current Accounts:
Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the finance department. Qualifications
- Be studying in your first or second year at an Accounting University
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assume responsibility for multiple concurrent tasks, applying appropriate prioritization.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).
