THE LAKHANI GROUP is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting an Executive Assistant to the CEO


We are a hotel development and construction group based in Lisbon, specializing in the execution of highly complex hotel construction/refurbishment projects.

Responsabilities:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including arranging venues, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO professionally.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues to ensure their time is optimized.
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive team and support crossfunctional initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting Clevel executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take initiative when necessary.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency both in Portuguese and in English
