The Role From day one, you will be assigned your responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills.

You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.

As an Administrative officer, your key responsibility will be to carry out claims management operations, within the framework of a standardized and normalized procedure.

What will you do?
You'll be working on real client projects performing the following tasks :

Insurance Oversight :
Participate in the tender process, facilitating seamless communication with insurers. Consolidate insurer responses and ensure meticulous validation of insurance contracts.

Tech-Driven HR Management :
Manage the HR extranet, showcasing proficiency in document control. Develop and update user-friendly documents, including HR guides and employee resources. Provide expert customer support, addressing HR-related inquiries with precision.

Data Coordination Expertise :
Coordinate seamless data transfers from clients. Create Business Impact Analysis. What are we looking for? We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join a large and dynamic organization.

Advanced Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills Knowledge of the basics of insurance contracts is an advantage Relational and writing skills Priority management Rigor and respect for rules, procedures, and deadlines Teamwork Organization Analytical skills and ability to synthesize Autonomy French proficiency minimum B2 expected C1 What's in it for you?
