Funções:

  • Liderar, formar e motivar a sua equipa de consultores
  • Procura ativa de oportunidades de negócio
  • Avaliação de propostas de negócio
  • Análise de ativos
  • Participação na melhoria do processo de negócio
  • Colaboração no plano de marketing e campanhas
  • Planeamento e realização de eventos de equipa
  • Participação ativa no recrutamento da equipa

Requirements:

  • Formação superior
  • Formação específica no setor imobiliário (preferencial)
  • Experiência como Diretor/a Comercial, Liderança de Equipas, e/ou Consultor/a Imobiliário/a (mínimo 1 ano)
  • Nível de inglês avançado e português fluente
  • Rigor profissional, perseverança, foco nos resultados, compromisso e integridade
  • Liderança e habilidades interpessoais
  • Conhecimento de CRM
