Summary
As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of sales & marketing teams. Your focus is on integrating data insights and providing recommendations throughout the sales funnel.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute sales & marketing tactics to drive continuous improvement: GTM strategies, processes, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, territory design, and lead generation
- Lead divisional insight reviews and strategy meetings
- Implement best reporting practices
- Collaborate with the PowerBI team for consistent reporting
- Enhance pipeline hygiene and provide feedback on operational changes
- Support the implementation of sales enablement tools and reporting automation
- Proficient in Power BI for dashboard implementation and stakeholder communication
Your Qualifications and Experience:
- Hybrid office work (1 day/week in Carnaxide)
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance
- Build strong relationships in a matrix team
- Strong Analytical and Data skills to identify actionable trends
- Clear strategic thinker with execution abilities
- Collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
- Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Structured problem-solving approach
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM and Excel
