Summary

As a Revenue Operations Business Partner, you play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of sales & marketing teams. Your focus is on integrating data insights and providing recommendations throughout the sales funnel.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales & marketing tactics to drive continuous improvement: GTM strategies, processes, competencies, productivity metrics, quota planning, territory design, and lead generation
  • Lead divisional insight reviews and strategy meetings
  • Implement best reporting practices
  • Collaborate with the PowerBI team for consistent reporting
  • Enhance pipeline hygiene and provide feedback on operational changes
  • Support the implementation of sales enablement tools and reporting automation
  • Proficient in Power BI for dashboard implementation and stakeholder communication

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hybrid office work (1 day/week in Carnaxide)
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Finance
  • Build strong relationships in a matrix team
  • Strong Analytical and Data skills to identify actionable trends
  • Clear strategic thinker with execution abilities
  • Collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Structured problem-solving approach
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM and Excel
