Estamos buscando um Especialista em Sucesso do Cliente e Proprietário de Produto versátil e dinâmico para se juntar à nossa equipe.
Este papel híbrido é projetado para garantir o sucesso dos nossos clientes, liderar a melhoria contínua da nossa plataforma e, ocasionalmente, realizar apresentações.
O candidato ideal é um pensador estratégico com excelentes habilidades de comunicação, gosta de resolver problemas e uma paixão por satisfação do cliente e desenvolvimento de produtos.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Sucesso do Cliente:
- Atuar como ponto de contato principal para os clientes, garantindo sua satisfação e sucesso com nossa plataforma.
- Fornecer integração, treinamento e suporte contínuo aos clientes.
- Abordar as consultas e problemas dos clientes prontamente, garantindo soluções que excedam as expectativas dos clientes.
- Coletar e analisar feedback dos clientes para identificar áreas de melhoria e garantir a retenção dos clientes.
Proprietário de Produto:
- Colaborar com a equipe de desenvolvimento para priorizar e definir recursos e melhorias do produto.
- Atuar como a voz do cliente nas discussões de desenvolvimento de produtos, garantindo que os aprimoramentos estejam alinhados com as necessidades dos clientes.
- Desenvolver e manter um roteiro do produto, garantindo a entrega oportuna de recursos e atualizações.
- Conduzir testes regulares do produto e garantia de qualidade para assegurar um alto padrão de desempenho.
Apresentações:
- Preparar e entregar apresentações e demonstrações envolventes da nossa plataforma para clientes e partes interessadas.
- Conduzir webinars, sessões de treinamento e reuniões com clientes para mostrar recursos e benefícios do produto.
- Representar a Yalt em eventos do setor, conferências e feiras comerciais, conforme necessário.
Qualificações:
- Graduação em Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia ou área relacionada.
- Experiência comprovada em sucesso do cliente, gestão de produtos ou função similar.
- Forte compreensão da tecnologia de marketing e estratégias de engajamento de clientes.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação, com a capacidade de transmitir informações complexas de forma clara e eficaz.
- Mentalidade analítica com capacidade de coletar e interpretar dados para informar decisões.
- Proativo, automotivado e capaz de trabalhar de forma independente, bem como em equipe.
