We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.

About the project:


You will be providing services for an Estonian mobility company that offers ride-hailing, micromobility rental, food and grocery delivery, and carsharing services.

The company is headquartered in Tallinn and operates in over 500 cities in more than 45 countries in Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America.

The company has more than 150 million customers and more than 3 million driver and courier partners.

Your Responsibilities:
Review the content that has been received by internal systems or users to ensure that it complies with the community guidelines established by the client;
Review, classify and / or eliminate highly sensitive content, uploaded by users, according to the parameters defined by the client;
Make timely escalations that require special attention from your immediate boss in accordance with established procedures and comply with all the orders, instructions, procedures related and complementary to the role;
Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of customer information to guarantee the security of the information;
Participate in continuous training programs established by the company for optimal development in the role while complying with the performance indicators or parameters defined by the specific client's operation;
Perform outbound calls during the investigation, to collect proofs of their complains, from drivers and customers.

Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch (must be at least C1)
Communicative level of English (at least B2)
You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What you will gain:
full time contract
Salary without accommodation: 1300 euros gross / month
Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 euros gross / month
