At Vida Plena, we embrace the true essence of hospitality while adhering to our core values, creating a fun, respectful, and loving environment for all. ️The Role As an HR & Talent Acquisition Manager, your main focus will be owning the talent acquisition strategy across the company, leading end-to-end recruitment for roles in Portugal and internationally. You'll recruit the best talent to join our community and work closely with our managers to build strong, values-driven teams that reflect our culture of warmth, excellence, and care. While recruitment is your core responsibility, we will welcome your ideas and collaboration on wider People and HR initiatives that contribute to the success and growth of our team. This is a full-rounded HR role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is excited to work on several impactful and dynamic People projects Your Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage the full recruitment life cycle for hospitality roles across front-of-house, back-of-house, and corporate functions. This includes job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and supporting final hiring decisions from junior to senior levels. Coach Managers and Implement Recruitment Best Practices: Create and implement clear recruitment guidelines and handbooks to ensure consistency and excellence. Coach hiring managers on best practices, empowering them to make the best hiring decisions while staying aligned with our values and culture. Support Onboarding & Integration: Ensure a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience for new hires, setting them up for success from day one. Collaborate with the rest of the People team to ensure smooth transitions and engagement throughout the first 90 days and not only What We Expect From You 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition - the hospitality industry is a plus Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and interview processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership. Ability and passion to work in a fast-paced international environment.
