Principais responsabilidades Executar acções promocionais em colaboração com as Centrais de Compras do Canal Moderno, assegurando que as promoções estejam alinhadas com as diretrizes da marca e que cumpram as expectativas dos clientes;
Negociação de acções loja a loja para garantir um aumento do volume de negócios;
Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com elementos-chave nas lojas, promovendo uma ligação eficaz entre Marca e o Cliente;
Confirmar a execução correta do planograma e articular com a equipa de merchandisers, especialmente em picos de trabalho;
Monitorizar as dinâmicas do mercado, incluindo ações da concorrência, lançamentos de produtos e alterações na estratégia de preços;
Recolher e analisar dados que informem decisões estratégicas e táticas;
Participar no desenvolvimento de estratégias para o segmento de Foodservice, identificando novas oportunidades de negócio.
Perfil desejado Experiência prévia em Vendas, Gestão de Contas ou Merchandising no setor de Grande Consumo Alimentar - preferencialmente Field Sales; Competências de negociação e comunicação eficazes; Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos de longo prazo; Proatividade e competências analíticas para monitorizar tendências de mercado e concorrência; Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal; Capacidade de Auto-motivação, Flexibilidade, com mentalidade prática e sentido de responsabilidade.
