As a Business Developer Representative at Top Sigma, you will:
Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth.Lead efforts to expand the business, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.Oversee financial operations to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business unit.Align budgets with business objectives while forming strategic partnerships with clients.Engage in talent acquisition and development, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.Maintain an up-to-date and secure customer database, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.Set and achieve SLAs, establishing benchmarks for exceptional service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years of experience as aSales/Business Manager in IT or related fields. Experience with IToutsourcing.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.Proven ability to effectively manage and work with teams remotely.Strong leadership and organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic planning.Knowledge of DevOps or Cloud solutions is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
