Business Development Representative

Are you a proactive and goal-oriented professional looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a dedicated Business Development Representative to join our team at 1WorldSync.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential new customers in the B2B sector
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers in companies
- Carry out market and competitive analyses to identify new business opportunities
- Create and implement strategies for lead generation and qualification
- Work with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement campaigns
- Manage customer data, maintain and track sales activities in the CRM system
- Making cold calls and follow-up calls to arrange appointments and prepare quotations
- Attend trade shows, conferences and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate new leads
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a SaaS environment
- Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret market data and derive strategies
- Strong cold calling and lead generation skills
- Experience in working with CRM systems
- Goal-oriented and proactive way of working
- High degree of initiative and ability to work in a team
