Descrição Assist in the development and implementation of in-store promotion strategies for food products.Work closely with retailers to plan and execute promotions, ensuring alignment with their store strategies.Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of point-of-sale materials.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of in-store promotions, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities.Assist in managing budgets for trade marketing activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.Perfil ideal Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or retail, preferably within the FMCG sector.Experience with in-store promotions, product displays, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.Strong understanding of trade marketing principles, consumer behavior, and ability to analyze sales data for promotional strategies.Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and meeting deadlines.Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for building relationships with stakeholders.Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Creative and innovative mindset, with technical proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Vantagens Excellent opportunity to join a renowned company in the market with promising career prospects.
