As a Capability Development Partner, you will be part of our Global Finance and Global Business Services (GBS) areas, playing a key role in developing the capabilities of our employees and future workforce. Reporting to the Head of Capability Development, you will provide direction for technical and professional development activities across the function, contributing significantly to understanding workforce needs and leveraging development offerings to support our vision.Accountabilities: As a Capability Development Partner, you will manage L&D Programme logistics including planning, operations, and budget management. You will analyze key employee data to support workforce potential and development, coordinate the planning and delivery of L&D initiatives, and design engagement methods for excellent learner/user experience. You will collaborate with external partners to optimize tools, programs, platforms, and identify new partners to fill priority capability gaps.
