Qual será a tua missão? Identificar concursos que estejam alinhados com a estratégia da Adecco Portugal nas várias áreas de negócio; Analisar os requisitos e condições de participação para determinar a viabilidade de participar no concurso; Desenvolver e manter cronogramas detalhados para cada concurso, garantindo que todas as etapas sejam cumpridas dentro dos prazos; Organizar e manter atualizada toda a documentação necessária para a participação nos concursos: certificados, relatórios financeiros, registos de experiência, entre outros; Elaboração das propostas, garantindo que estejam completas, corretas e competitivas; Preparação do orçamentoe estratégias de pricing, garantindo que sejam competitivos e viáveis; Acompanhar o status dascandidaturas, respondendo prontamente a qualquer solicitação adicional ou correção necessária; Representar a Adecco Portugal em sessões públicas de abertura de propostas e outras reuniões obrigatórias; Preparar e submeter recursos ou contestações, se necessário, em caso de resultados desfavoráveis; Manter um relacionamento profissional e positivo com as entidades públicas responsáveis pelos concursos; Promover a formação contínua da equipa envolvida no processo de candidaturas, assegurando que está atualizada sobre as melhores práticas e mudanças regulamentares; Manter-se atualizado sobre as mudanças na legislação e regulamentações relacionadas com concursos públicos.
