Large multinational leader in its sector. Large multinational leader in its sector is currently looking to hire a Industrial Sales Manager for their operations based in Portugal. Description Plan, coordinate and boost commercial activity in the Portuguese market. Manage the activity of the commercial team, which included commercial technicians and commercial and billing assistants. Support the commercial team in preparing budgets, proposals and contracts for potential clients. Track sales performance and submit regular reports on sales activities and results. Analyze and develop alternative and innovative solutions in the context of the Economy Circulate, leveraging the internal knowledge of the Group at an international level. Ensure coordination between the commercial team and the operational and logistics department in order to achieve objectives and guarantee the provision of high quality customer service. Collaborate with the marketing department in the development of marketing materials and actions that enhance commercial development and customer satisfaction. Ensure close coordination with the waste sales department, in order to maximize results from the commercial area. Profile Degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Management or equivalent, with additional training in management (preferred factor); Minimum professional experience of 5 years in similar functions in an industrial environment; Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines and objectives. High communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of CRM software and/or ERP systems is an advantage. Highly focused on Safety and knowledge of good Quality and Environmental practices. Fluent in English. Job Offer A great management opportunity within a major multinational.
